Plan-specific chat retention windows may vary by subscription tier. Certain operational, billing, and security records may be retained longer than configurable customer content settings where needed for audit, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Deletion requests may be delayed or partially limited where data remains necessary for active subscriptions, unresolved billing events, security investigations, legal obligations, backup integrity, or abuse-prevention controls.
