Updated April 17, 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Mavumium, an AI-powered business platform for customer inquiry handling, quotation workflows, public catalog visibility, widget deployment, data ingestion, analytics, and related services. This page is product contract copy for review with counsel and is not legal advice.
By creating an account, accepting the signup checkboxes, or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms on behalf of itself and its authorized users.
Service Availability
Mavumium is provided on an as available and as provided basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous uptime, webhook immediacy, error-free operation, or that every response, report, or generated output will be accurate for a customer’s specific business use without review.
Customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs, quotations, customer communications, and business decisions before relying on them in production or customer-facing situations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must use the platform lawfully, maintain appropriate rights to uploaded data and documents, and ensure their staff and downstream customer communications comply with applicable law, contractual duties, and industry rules.
Customers are responsible for the configuration choices they make, including public catalog visibility, widget deployment, API usage, and communications sent through the service.
Third-Party Dependencies
The platform depends on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, storage, DNS, email, payment processors, analytics, AI model providers, and cloud infrastructure. Those providers may experience outages, delays, degraded performance, quota exhaustion, webhook lag, model changes, or security events that affect service quality or timing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mavumium is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, missed sales, lost opportunities, production delays, delayed responses, or downstream damages arising from third-party failures or interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavumium and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of production, business interruption, missed opportunities, delayed responses, or reliance on generated outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Mavumium for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
Mavumium will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including provider outages, payment processor incidents, labor disputes, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, government actions, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, or utility failures.
