Service Availability

The service depends on cloud infrastructure, storage, email providers, payment processors, DNS providers, analytics, AI model providers, and hosting platforms. Provider-side outages, quota exhaustion, degraded performance, model changes, or webhook delays may interrupt or delay service.

Maintenance windows, emergency fixes, security responses, and incident containment steps may temporarily affect availability, provisioning, usage calculations, or reporting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavumium is not liable for downstream production loss, business interruption, or lost profits arising from those events.
