Data We Collect

We collect account information, company profile details, billing metadata, uploaded documents, product catalog content, inquiry and quotation data, widget configuration, API usage metadata, support submissions, and technical logs needed to secure and operate the platform.

We may receive processing data from subprocessors such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, storage providers, and AI model providers acting on our instructions.

How We Use Data

We use personal and business data to provide the service, authenticate accounts, verify billing, ingest documents, generate AI outputs, calculate usage, respond to requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about accounts or support.

Storage and Retention

Data is stored for the periods necessary to provide the service, enforce security controls, maintain billing records, operate retention settings, and satisfy legal, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Deletion requests are subject to operational backups, active disputes, security retention, legal holds, unpaid balances, and records that must be retained for compliance or audit purposes.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, or export of account data. Some requests may be limited where retention is necessary for billing, fraud prevention, contractual enforcement, or legal compliance.
