Refund Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once meaningful service has been consumed, provisioning has completed, a billing cycle has started, usage credits have been allocated, AI requests have been processed, or setup work has been delivered.

Discretionary exceptions may be offered in rare cases, but they are not guaranteed and do not waive future enforcement of this policy.

Chargebacks, reversals, or disputed transactions may result in immediate suspension while the matter is reviewed. Access may remain restricted until the dispute is resolved and any outstanding balances are paid.
